Everyone is welcome to pop in and explore
Members from male lodges Lascelles No. 4796 and Calcaria No. 2677, along with female lodge Lodge Achievement, will be available throughout the day to answer questions, share insights, and discuss their respective lodges.
Alongside our historic lodge artefacts, you can meet representatives from the community organisations we support, and hear how a small hall in Wetherby has quietly raised money for local causes for a hundred years.
Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided for all visitors throughout the day, and the hall bar will also be open serving refreshments.
A key highlight
One hundred years of Lascelles Lodge No. 4796
A key highlight is a detailed look at the history of Lascelles Lodge No. 4796, which recently celebrated its centenary. Consecrated in December 1925 by Henry Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood, the lodge originally met in Wetherby Town Hall before moving to Great North Road (later known as Deighton Road) in 1927.
Having amalgamated with Power Lodge in 2004, Lascelles Lodge proudly carries forward 100 years of brotherhood and charitable giving in the local area.

The lodge moves to new premises on Great North Road (later known as Deighton Road) – the hall you can visit on the day.

1st Wetherby Scout Group
The Scout Group will be in attendance throughout the day to talk about their work with young people in Wetherby.
Yorkshire Blood Bikes
A volunteer rider and motorcycle will be on site — come and see the machine that moves blood and samples between hospitals, free of charge, around the clock.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance
A representative from the Yorkshire Air Ambulance will be available to talk about the service and how it is funded.
